Refund Policy – Magix Boost

At Magix Boost, we are committed to providing high-quality social media growth services. Because of the nature of digital marketing and third-party provider involvement, please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ 1. No Refunds on Completed Orders

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final once an order has been processed or marked as "Completed" in your dashboard.

This includes:

• Followers, likes, views, or comments that have been delivered

• Services marked as "Completed" by our system or provider

🔄 2. Refill Guarantee (Not a Refund)

If your service includes an R30 or R60 guarantee (as shown in the service name), we will refill any lost followers, likes, or views at no extra cost within the guarantee period.

Refills are processed through our provider and may take 24–72 hours depending on the service.

⚠️ 3. When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• ❌ The service was never started and remains "Pending" for more than 72 hours

• ❌ The service is cancelled by our provider before delivery

• ❌ You were charged incorrectly due to a system error

If approved, refunds are issued as account credit (balance) and can be used for future orders.

🚫 4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

• ❌ Orders marked "Completed" even if you are unhappy with results

• ❌ Natural drops due to platform audits (Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok cleanups)

• ❌ Account issues such as ban, suspension, or private profiles

• ❌ Incorrect links or usernames provided by the user

If you believe your order qualifies for a refill or refund:

1. Go to your Magix Boost Dashboard

2. Click Support Ticket or Contact Us

3. Provide your Order ID and a brief description of the issue
